    Safety Information

Safety is one of our core values and a top priority. If you come in-person, safety protocols are in place to protect you and our caregivers. We have the needed personal protective equipment (PPE), COVID-Free Zones (areas where we provide care only for people not known to have COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms), screening and testing in place to safely care for you at our patient care facilities.

Please call us at 888-584-7888 to schedule an appointment for surgery, a procedure or in-person visit.

We also have online Virtual Visit options if you prefer to connect with a provider in the comfort of your home.

Thank you for putting your trust in us. We are looking forward to partnering with you for all of your health care needs.

    Visitor Restrictions

Due to declining COVID-19 case rates in Cook County and Loyola Medicine, we have updated our visitor restrictions at all Loyola hospitals (Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital and MacNeal Hospital). Please visit loyolamedicine.org/coronavirus for the latest COVID-19 details and the most up-to-date visitor information.

All visitors must follow our safety precautions, including a temperature check before entering our facilities, wearing a mask, proper hand hygiene and social distancing.

If you have any flu-like symptoms, schedule a video visit with your provider through myLoyola before visiting any hospital or clinics for any non-urgent care needs. This will allow us to better coordinate your care and possibly minimize unnecessary exposures at the hospitals or clinics.
